Hillside Home: McCrae

When our long time friend Chris Wilson showed us the block of his dreams we knew we were going to be pushing up hill…..literally.
The hillside block had a 30 - 40° gradient requiring massive excavation. Striking huge rock during the site works the team at Niven Builders proposed minor alterations to the siting of the house saving the owner $1000's
The block was 75m deep but rises 25m above the road. Add to that solid rock and the wettest winter in history and its amazing we're still friends...
Better still... Chris liked what we did so much, he joined the company. We’re sure you’ll agree the results are fantastic
