Our gracious, mature age client loved the position of this beach cottage overlooking Cameron’s Bight but clearly the building was in need of a lift....

So along with well known Architect
John Pizzey the team at NIVEN BUILDERS worked their magic and created a stylish yet relaxed beach house that captured the magnificent views of coast & harbour at Camerons Bight - Sorrento.

By excavating underneath the original structure, Niven Builders were able to install a 'lift' & provide extra storage & cover for the owners vehicle

Expansive decks with frameless glass ballustrade to Niven Builders own design & specification completed the sense of space & luxury
